Bleed is back in fashion for Reapers and for roaming, small group or solo, bleed reapers are deadly. You will still lose easily to good druids. But other than that, all others are fair game with this build.

You would probably boost your bleed damage potential by ~40% by going full rabid, replace the bleed duration sigil on the staff to corruption and use lingering curse. Whether that makes up for the loss in vitality is a personal preference I suppose. Solo, maybe the vitality is better. But in a small party necro is going to be focused first anyway – being able to survive 2 seconds longer is quite irrelevant. Being the one that comes in right after engagement and put heavy pressure is IMO better.

Dont really need rabid stats or krait runes to get kittened bleed stacking with the new deathly chill buff. Just a sigil of ice will do…

Thanks for posting. I do wish I could run death shroud. I’ve always fancied DS over reaper but know that deathly chill is a must.

ill say right now that this build is quite strong, ive ran into and messed around with something similar, at least in the traits on my necro, and its quite easy to maintain between 30-40 bleed stacks on most targets in wvw, many more on some (keep lords ect) this build is quite disgusting to run into a group with, you can pretty much spam skills and instantly down 3+ people in a few seconds. Admittedly I’m running a rather different version of it personally through a lot of random changes to make it…. well nastier.

That is like most basic reaper build ever. I would think that every condi reaper have used this kind of build like years.

This build works but I personally don’t think its the ideal/optimal condition build in this patch.
