So just to clarify, RO increases attack speed (swinging weapon) and SS increases movement speed (distance covered). Correct?

Also, if i am using the Rune of the traveler which already provides a 25% movement increase, is SS even worth having?

I don’t think anyone takes Speed of Shadows for the movement speed boost. It’s main thing is the Shroud recharge decrease.

I take it on Reaper. Unyielding Blast ain’t worth the slot on Reaper unless you’re the sort of plebeian who uses Decimate Defenses and I don’t use Staff so Soul Marks does diddly.

Movement speed bonuses do not stack in intensity. The highest one takes priority.

I take Speed of Shadows on reaper as well, the reduced recharge on DS has helped me a lot.

I take Speed of Shadows, but yea ofc I do it for the cd reduction on Shroud.

Well yes. Mostly. I slot it for a handful of fractal encounters.

This pleb happens to love decimate defenses in pvp.

Decimate is amazing so long as you can build the vuln, which basically means any RS build using Unyielding, any spite build, or just PvE group in general.
