It looks awful.

And you can preview it in-game at any bank, or by looking at the master reaper achievement.

Here you go. Yeah, its pretty awful. They cut the horns off, just like they did with the warrior’s class helmet.

I can’t really give you a side view because the preview window is so small it cuts off the front half of the hood, but heres a screenshot anyway.

i think you have to unlock the reaper spec fully to get the reaper hood

I actually think it looks best on Charr, and he looks like a scary monster thing reaper is supposed to be with it on.
