I greet you, people. Some time ago, i get an idea to create a glass cannon-necro. So i geared it into power, precision and critical damage. With small patches of thougness and endurance. I must say that it is quite good in some situations, but not very useful for spve. That’s why i’d like to getting advice from seasoned experts.
For example a necromancer with a staff and wells build may for a few seconds destroy at least 10 and more mobs. But CD is dangerously high and therefore to beat a single mob takes longer than thou 10. Axe terribly weak for direct weapon. Daggers are quite good, but when it comes to AoE – you have to be perverted with it. Dead shroud build is rly perfect for dungeons, but in spve very quickly ends.
I need examples of build and gear options specifically for spve. To make it fast, convenient and risk-free. It is particularly interesting to learn about opportunities in the cond builds. My favorite weapons is staff and scepter. So I would like to know how much bleeding can be maintained by the staff. How hard bleeding ticks. How fast is the average mob killing. How easy is it to survive 1 vs 3+. What runes, jewels would be good to insert. etc… If someone knows the mechanics of conds namage calculating – would be most grateful. Thanks in advance.

This is my build for PVE. I am able to complete all content with this, even solo most champion mobs if I am paying enough attention. I use traveler gear, arguably one of the more ‘glass cannon’ gear choices, and I can still survive fine. I can even take on groups of mobs at once.

Sometimes I use this variant:

Guild missions say otherwise.
