According to my traits i have 6.1/3 sec and 3.2/3 sec = 10 sec of retal. (runes of the traveler)
so im wondering why if i use a heal and go into DS why i have a maximum of 7 seconds of retal..
Can anyone else confirm this as bugged?

Mine worked just fine and gave me the 10 seconds of retal.
