Its not reducing the cooldown of wells in the tooltips. Does anyone know if it does but just displays wrong?

(Btw I also have staff mastery, which does reduce the tooltips)

Id perfer to keep staff mastery if they dont stack, but if they do stack I will keep this trait too.

… Um. Staff mastery affects staff skills, which are mostly marks. Ritual mastery affects wells, which are mostly found on utilities.
