Realy like this Rune on my guardian and whanted to use it on my necro aswell, but wiki says its bugged.

Is this fixed or is it still bugged?

The 6th effect does not get triggered by transformation Elites. Including the Guardian Elite Tomes.

No it works with the initial Flesh Golem summon but in addition works with his charge ability albeit on a cooldown after the summon.
