This would be for solo roaming in wvw. Was thinking either Hoelbrak, scholar, ogre or any other suggestion are welcome.

Traveler. I used to have scholar but my ability to chase to finish the job and stay within axe’s range improved alot after using traveler.
I use 3 sets of 2 runes that give more might duration.
Taveler runes allow you to chose all 3 utility slots instead of having to waste one on runspeed.
