For well build, what are the runes and sigils i should wear for staff and scepter/dagger?

Fire and Air so you can get the highest burst output possible.

Well builds don’t use scepter dagger unless your running the old old meta build. For wells try d/w a/d air blood sigils in both, pack runes.
