Play how you want, not how other people tell you to play.

You can buy whatever you want and play however you want.

If you chose to buy stats that go spread out all over the place that’s on you. As is trying to join a LFG that states they only want X build type. Don’t get bent out of shape when you join one of the elitist LFG ping gear 5kAP+ people. Just make your own.

Even though i dont know which build you mean, my guess would be that he transmuted the molten staff and cepter skin onto Soldier or Knight Weapons.

He transmuted those weapons to Soldier’s, Knight’s, Sentinels, or Cavalier’s depending on what the stats are that he had

He was asking how can he get a [molten] weapon with toughness on it.

The same way you transmute any item.

You need a molten staff and another exotic staff that has the stats you would like to have.

Then use a Transmutation Crystal, which combines both weapons and you can choose which appearance, stats and sigil of those 2 weapons you would like to have on the transmuted weapon.
