Lingering Curse: While wielding a scepter, condition damage increased. Conditions inflicted by scepter have increased duration.

The change to the scepters auto… So basically every boon you convert, it’d last 50% longer.. Great.

Lingering Curse impacts the base duration of scepter skills. It isn’t a true extension of your condition duration, but rather a trait that changes the skills into different ones.
On the other hand you have boon corruptions. They are a seperate entity, uniform accross all skills, rather than being specific to a certain weapon. So even though the conditions you inflict by converting boons are subject to your condition duration stat, they will not be extended by Lingering Curse.
