Hello, I’m thinking of running a necromancer, but i don’t know how well they do in WvW, PvP, and PvE. Can anyone shed some light on the necromancer for me?

I do fine in all three.

Find some build guides – try sPvP with each of them, and if you like them, level one.

Make a level 1 necromancer, then go to the pvp button, enter the mists. And practice various builds and weapons on the dummies.

Everything does fine in PVE. PVP is another matter, though. You’ll get more millage out of another class for PVP.

Pro tip for any budding necromancers: avoid the Necromancer forums section, there is nothing for you here but unbridled, stomach-turning pessimism.
