Maybe this is a stupid question but is Sigil of Accuracy effected by deathly perceptions crit chance increase?

I don’t know what you mean by “affected” as they don’t have any direct interaction with each other, but they do stack, so if you have both they will both give their +% chance to crit, and the stacking is additive (50% + 5%).

I believe the question was is the stacking multiplicative.

IE, it gives you .05 + (.05)x(.5) or a flat .05

I haven’t tested it directly, but almost every effect of this type in game is additive as Bhawb mentioned.
