Hi Everyone,

I’ve been leveling my necromancer and have been playing around with some sigils that may be beneficial to my build. However, I have some questions regarding the Sigil of Earth set (Minor, Major, Superior).

I read somewhere that the proc has a CD, yet I’ve read that it’s one second in some places and I’ve read that it is two seconds in others. Does anyone know what the CD actually is?

Secondly, does hemophilia and other +bleed duration items cause the 5 sec bleed caused by Sigil of Earth to be extended as well?

Lastly, does lingering curses apply to the bleed from this sigil as well if you are using a scepter?

SoEarth has NO CD, is affected by Hemophilia and other bleed/condition extenders, isn’t affected by Lingering Curse.
