Hello.

So i just bought a Major Sigil of Earth – 45% Chance on crit: Inflict bleeding (4 sec)

Is there a bug that make this not scale with + condition/bleed duration?

Atm i have:
24% Con duration from Food.
7% Bleed duration from sigil in off hand
10% Con duration from traits
20% bleed duration from Hemophilia

Still im pretty sure my proc bleed only last for 4 sec, trying to mouse over and each time it stands 4 sec and the bleed is over realy quick. So is it something wrong here, or just another bug?

no, and the best thing is if you also have Geomancy activated, your sigil of earth won’t proc until the cool-down for Geomancy is over. epic heh?

That, sir, is siply a lie. It always seemed like it did scale, but just to make sure I just tested it with my 60% 5 sec bleed DAGGER with 100% increased (maximal) Bleed duration, and, kitten got real it lasts exactly 10 seconds. So pls do not spread evidently false and untested missinformation.
