I don’t believe a power signet build has been posted yet so here ya go. This is what I use.
http://intothemists.com/calc/?build=-343Z;1o2GF034JIVJ0;9;4697;0036257146;4INW4U;1H7W3H7W3a0s

Alternate Options
Berserker instead of Marauder if you’re willing to give up some LF and Health in exchange for some Ferocity. Amulets with toughness and/or healing power are also an option.

Warhorn instead of OH Dagger. Take Banshee’s Wail instead of Vampiric Presence if you take this. This will give you more damage, swiftness, and Life Force.

Consume Conditions can be taken instead of Signet of Vampirism, but it’s lack luster after nerfs.
If you think you have enough corrupting, you can take S. Walk/Armor, Well of Darkness, Well of Power, Flesh Wurm, or Signet of Spite. Spectral skills give you some LF. Well of Darkness gives you some extra durability if you hit. Well of Power gives you extra stun break, stability, and condi conversion. Wurm gives you an escape option and a little extra damage. Signet of Spite gets you extra power and you can activate it to put a lot of conditions on your enemy.

You can also go Soul Reaping instead of Curses or Blood Magic if you’re okay with giving up some durability in exchange for damage. If you go SR, take these traits: http://dulfy.net/gw2traits#build=AgQE_AWoAVQ~
If you go SR you can also take Foot in the Grave if you’re looking for stunbreaks or stability.

In Spite, you could take Death Perception instead of Signets of Suffering, but why even go for a Signet build then.

In Blood Magic you can take Tranfusion instead of Unholy Martyr for a different kind of support. If you do take Transfusion, you might wanna consider taking healing power as one of your stats. If you feel you’re too slow, you can take Quickening Thirst instead of Blood Bond.

Playstyle
This build is strong against enemies who use large amounts of boons and/or conditions. In team fights you’ll want to take out enemies boons and Unholy Martyr will help take some condition pressure off of allies. It is also good at stacking might, but you cannot share it with your allies. This build also deals a large amount of damage, though you will be missing some damage from Close to Death and/or Death Perception. You’ll mainly be using your Dagger and DS for damage and swapping to Staff if you need some utility or dodges.
If you wanna proc Blood Bond you can easily use Dagger #5 and enter DS, or enter DS and use DS #2. Both methods assume you’re using Weakening Shroud.
Signet of the Locust can be a powerful heal against multiple enemies. Don’t be afraid to use it if you need to heal, even if there are no boons to be corrupted.
And as usual, remember to AA downed foes for LF when you are not in danger.
