Signet Undeath=Terrible
Once in PVP (before June 2013 patch) it was meta, they badly nerfed it because of it.

Some people thought it was meta, but even back then it was a wasted utility skill.
People had such a low opinion of the necro, all they were expecting from us was: “yeah… I guess you can rez someone every 3 min, whatever..”.
Today no one takes this signet anymore, not because the cast time is 1 sec longer, but because people learned to play and/or figured out that almost any other utility nets higher group support than using this pathetic signet 2 times per match.
2 times per match on a good day?
I tried it once in WvW after the nerf, extremely hard to cast without being interrupted when you need it most, but I think the passive is the worst thing about it. Very low LF gain and, like regen and healing, doesn’t work while in DS.
It’s a nice colour though, matches the other signets.
In PvE it’s perfectly fine.
In WvW I don’t carry that signet due to insanely better ones and in PvP if I did PvP I would be the same in WvW
The good thing about this signet is it doesn’t root you, so you can run in activate it and slowly run away in that second.
RIP City of Heroes
The cast time is horribly high. 2 second in spvp and 1 second in pve / wvw would be nice, but that 3 second now is insane. The CD is fine. Oh, and the passive sux hard.
Im not sure why you would take this ability even if it was fixed, In PvE its fine, In WvW its useless even if it was instant cast, In sPvP im not sure… maybe
The reason its useless in WvW is that you get rezzed when an enemy is downed so going to downed state is the worst thing you could do in a zerg. Simply build tough and dont rez the nubs = winning
