Guild Wars 2

Noob Necro here, I noticed that the passive ability says “25% speed increase” yet the buff icon above my hotber says 10% speed increase. I just want to know which is correct or if there is something else that I am missing that may affect this.

Any help is appreciated.

Tool tip error. Not to worry though, @ 20% of tooltips in this game are wrong or don’t update properly when being affected by other abilities, traits, etc.

The just recently changed the skill, and they still need to update the tooltips. Whoever updates the tooltips for ANet is either ill-informed or lazy and needs to be replaced.
