Signet of locus should have stability.
Before saying “useless healing” I’d advice you to test it out.
Sure, if you pop it with single target in range it won’t do much. But with 5 targets it can heal for quite good amount, around second heal

Still, you need to get 5 target on 48/60s CD and lose the passive, dont worth it. Stability is far better than that.

BTW, it no longer has a cast on enemy within range then can do whatever, its plain a aoe now, so you cannot do fancy teleport stuff with swalk anymore…
Also yup its like 6khp on a 5 enemy hit. One thing that it needs is its targeting thingy (red line under it) be removed, its really setting off my ocd since it behaves like a well in functionality of cast but has the kitten for ranged skills under it.
honestly the cast time on the signet makes the healing subpar.
as i thought the signet to be instant it appears not to be the case..
adding stability to this signet would be logical imo.
then again any stability added to necro sounds logic to me ^^

I would love if signet of locust had signet of spite active effect… I only use this signet for the speed passive effect and I would love not having to sacrifice a slot for it…

I strongly believe necromancers should not have acces to stability. I do believe the necromancer should be about high risk/reward and thuss have more damage/attrition (in the form of superior mitigation instead of blocks/invulns/stability).
That said, the 5-6k healing from the signet foregoes its purpose, you need to be in close range of 5 enemies to get the full effect and its likely you`d loose more then this amount of hp just for getting close.

Why not just fix the signet so that it scales with levels? You know not be 100 damage at 1 and 100~300 at 80, maybe be like a 1.7-3k skill on a power build… and heal for same amount? Maybe stun break?
What about a little vigor when using (in addition of the poor heal that can be useful sometime just to gain 2-3sec and pop DS)? So we may win a roll with it.
