The tooltip on the signet says 25%, but when the buff is on it says 10%; I’m guessing this is a bug? Is it just the buff tooltip that says 10% or are we actually given 10% instead of 25%?
Any thoughts?
It’s definitely faster, it’s probably just the tool tip did not get updated.
All runspeed signets were given 25% runspeed behind the scenes and they updated the skill tooltip properly; they just neglected to update the buffbar icon tooltip appropriately for the Signet passive buffs.
