What are your thoughts on the sinister armor? I was really thinking about respecing my Necromancer and outfitting her with a full set of sinister gear, however this would be quite an investment since I am saving T6 mats for my legendary. Has anyone tried out sinister on their necro, if so what are your thoughts? I run a condi/pet build on my necro now so I was thinking this could boost her damage even further by swapping out the pets for more condition traits/abilities.
Well you can earn enough money to make sinister armor in about a day, so it won’t slow you down to much on your journey for a legendary. Sinister is the best pve condition damage gearset, so if that is what you want to do I would recommend it. Remember though, it is still miles behind zerker for speedruns. Sinister is also pretty good in wvw roaming, so there is that. I’d also recommend completing LW2 achievements for those unique ascended trinkets.
I have run Sinister. Berserker works better for now, IMO.
Condition damage dps takes too long to ramp up, condition caps aside. A critical hit deducts extra health when it proc’s.
