With the new way that vulnerability works, I believe that the second attack on the necro scepter chain skill, Rending Curse, should inflict vulnerability. As a suggestion i think 2 stacks of vulnerability for 6 to 8 seconds should suffice, it would help increase condition dps even more and probably make the condition build more playable. A lot of people complain that the damaging conditions for necro are too weak. I also think the mark skill, Chillblains, should also convert 2 boons to conditions when triggered, since the original skill in guild wars 1 removed enchantments in an AoE way. I’m sure many players would like to see this addition to these skills happen to make the necro equally formidable with conditions.
