And I need to lose some Toughness and work in different stuff w/o losing too much “tankyness” ect.

Any advice?

Don’t know why you would be a full rabid necromancer. Anyways you can try mixing in some carrion. Another kind of tanky set.

Use Shroud more, unless you already use it to its max. It is better than toughness.

The Sinister parts would be Viper, I don’t have the Laurels/Fractal Relics to replace trinkets, so the only things that could change are weapon/armor stats.

I am using it in PvE/WvW mainly.
