Too strong. Possible 60%-75% Lf gain spamming marks(mark of evasion as well). Marks cd/size now baseline.
Id probably try to alter some of our weaker traits. Soul marks is taken often as it is.
How about something like, “For every enemy hit after the first, gain 1% additional life force”
That way you’d still gain a fair bit in ideal situations (28%) but it wouldn’t be absurd. And I know we have other traits that need improvement, but better life force generation (especially for condi necros) would be stellar

I do agree better LF generation for condi necro would be great. I don’t think soul marks or staff should be changed though. They have already buffed staff a good amount, I would rather see:
Feast of Corruption(scepter #3) Make it AOE just like Unholy Feast(Axe #3)

this is something that my actually work for necros plus 1
Staff already generates so much life force that it seems like overkill. I never have problems filling up before the cooldown is back. Ironically this trait competes with Speed of Shadows which is the trait that reduces the recharge on Shroud, which you really need if you’re generating stupid amounts of life force.
I think they should just change it to something completely different. A life force generating trait competing with Speed of Shadows was just a bad idea.
