Guild Wars 2

I have a couple noob questions related with this skill.
1) Is about the trait Last Gasp:

Gain Spectral Armor when your health falls below the threshold.
Health Threshold: 50%

But when I watch my recorded pvp games, It doesn’t. It only appears when I got hit below this threshold. In one situation I got melted by condies almost to 10%HP and only then got it when an enemy hit me.
So it should work like that and the trait description isn’t correct?

2)I will get life force from spectral armor with 1 second interval only when I get hit with direct damage. If I run around with SA with 1 stack of bleed at me I will get nothing. Right?

Yes that is correct.
U need to be hit to proc it.

Spectral Armor is only good against direct damage, when dealing with Condis I’d suggest Suffer! or Well of Power (if you’re running Blood Magic) instead.

It could be not procing right away because of the ICD. So, it proced before and then only when you reached 10% hp did the ICD end and you received it again.
