Spectral armor trait no traited CD reduction?
Probably a tooltip bug. It certainly used to work as expected.
When you use the trait Spectral Mastery, the spectral armor utility receives a longer duration and a shorter cooldown. However, the minor trait ‘’Spectral armor’’ (also Soul Reaping trait line) does receive a longer duration but not a shorter cooldown. Is this intended?
