Does it proc every time I recieve some form of healing, or am I mistaken?

Yeah lots of traits are disappointing.

I just want to know why doesn’t this give vigor…..

Vigor doesn’t fit what they want for us.

Retaliation is pretty nice though. Does pretty nice passive damage on those spammers on top of your bleed stacks.

Retal isn’t half as useful as vigor in pve tho.

But at least half the community is happy with it.

Yeah. I’m thinking about getting this trait over GTAOE wells for WvW since I often end up in the hands of a meleer trying to hammer his way into my almost-3k armor, cripple, chill and wells.

Retal and vigor are completely different.

Saying just because of the name of this trait :P

Its not the best name because of the existence of an actual boon called vigor, but disregarding that the name fits (its just misleading). I wonder if it might have given vigor at some point or existed before vigor was named?
