In this video I’ll first do a step-by-step commentary on how to fight a Staff Daredevil that clears condi on evade as a Hybrid (Condi) Reaper. I’ll then show you the fight at normal speed at the end. Also, Spectral wall and “Suffer!” shout will help you a lot more against a thief.

So stack lots of condi on bad thieves, then flail around and miss thus accidently denying them cleanse through evade.
