Dear Anet, could you please give necro some ways to provide reliable blast Finisher(not like putrid mark that needs to be triggered by enemies) via weapon skill?

Maybe on Axe so that weapon can see some use. This will be useful for blasting might and stealth for PvE/

Scepter #2 could be Blast Finisher. And Axe #3.

axe3 should be definitely a blast finisher

We want necro to bring something else to the team synergie, not just everyone doing blasts.

Thats why we nerfed BlighterBoon and gave Revenant passive glint.
