The path of midnight trait (Reduce cd of all death shroud skill by 15%) is not reducing the cd of tainted shackles, on and off its still 40s cd
Would love to know if this is fixed / being looked at?
Was fixed a long time ago. And is very easy to test. No need to bump a dead post for this.
