For instance Speed of Shadows and Unyielding Blast from the Soul Reaping traitline: Do they work with RS?

Everything that mentions working in Shroud works both in Reaper Shroud and Death Shroud. So, yes. Both of those traits affect RS

Meanwhile, almost none of the guardian’s virtue traits work with the Dragonhunter’s virtues.

On topic: I had loads of fun messing with various shroud traits. Dhuumfire is pretty good in a Condi build, since RS1 cleaves and applies burning to 3 targets.
