I don’t mean to sound insulting… But this build seems like it would kill the user frequently.

When i looked at some racial elites i found a nice looking werewolf transformation with some bleeds, regeneration and FEAR. AoE fear with only 10 sec cd… maybe not the best racial to be used but funny like hell
