I haven’t had a chance to thoroughly test it out, how big is the difference? How noticible is it in battle?

You’re running a life blast build? Drop SM. The longer time spent in DS will make up for the cooldown reduction
Yeah I would drop Spectral Mastery too – the other two skills are absolutely core to DS builds.
Yeah but i use the spectrals to get Life Force laster, as well as quicker access to Protection, Swiftness and a pull.
I completely got rid of spectral mastery when im playing power. Even before i rather used flesh wurm for stunbreak.
The 30/10/00/30 lifeblast build is good, chill of death now also procs at 50%.

Ya, I’m definitely picking it up. I have minions to keep mobs off me too, so I can stay in DS quite long.
Deathshroud now feels like I have sustain. I can stay in it long enough to see Life transfer come off cool down if I’m not focused.
Does it count from damage taken by attacks or just the slow down in just being inside it?
If its damage as well, then i would SO take it.
Normaly u lose " 4% per 1s + dmg " . Now u just lose " 2% per 1s + dmg " .
All dmg will be calculated normaly (armor,crit, protect….)
Its now better for soaking up Condis since theyre DoTs. I run soldier+30pts SR and its quite noticable.
