Ran a very similar build for some PvP matches. You’re extremly tanky but you lack damage. Some enemies may fall for it and attack you, but most will realize that you’re no threat, ignore you and focus your team first. I wouldn’t go with Lich form. Plague is way more annoying to the enemy team. As for the second weapon, i’d take staff, to fear enemies away from finishing your team mates. Not because it’s very efficient, but because i have a lot of fun in doing it.

Ok got the Elite part and the staff part but how could the spec lack damage because it stack vulnerability in seconds and has 3687 Attack! Moreover; Axe damage is buffed by 20%.

Try it out and compare it to the damage output of other professions. Just my opinion though.

Edit: You only have so much attack in WvWvW and PvE. There are only amulets in PvP.

Thanks Ill look into it. Did you account for the extra up time of Dark Shroud? Since the build is also Spectral it allows for high up time of it and seeing how it hits hard?

In any case that would most likely mean I would need to lose Toughness ans stack crit! 9% is low.
