Yeah I legitematly think that they made the MoC give two conditions so that you get to the magical number of 3 condis so your next crit casts plague sending. And IF you have the reduced signet cooldown, that passive will come of CD for each rotation of corruptions. The problem is that a critical hit being the trigger means that you are plain out of luck if your second corruption skill crits. And even IF the plague sending trait was their reason for doing it, it is still bad.

I really hope all they do to fix Signet Mastery will be changing the point you gain the might so the cast has to be completed instead of giving it an ICD but…come on, it’s Anet of course they will cripple it with an ICD e.e
