Goal:
a power based build that focus on staying in death shroud and attain high sustain via siphon while inside DS.

Death:
Shrouded Removal/Deadly Strength or Reaper’s Protection/Unholy Sanctuary

Blood:
Blood Bond/Vampiric Presense/Unholy Martyr

Soulreaping:
Unyielding Blast/Vital Persistence/Death Perception or Foot in the Grave

Amulet- Zerk? Knight? Barbarian?
-As of current siphon scale poorly with healing power

Runes- pack/ogre

utility- wells or signet
OR
run minions and spec the minion traits in death magic

mechanics
>blood magic’s Unholy Martyr syngerize with Shrouded Removal from death magic(or Necromantic Corruption if running minion) which grant yourself 10% life force every time u take a condi and get it removed automatically in a team fight

>Unholy Sanctuary (or not if u like death nova more)along with siphoning form blood magic can help one maintain a healthy life pool

Life blast should hit twice and have its damage halfed
If Rocket Charge is only 2 leaps then it should look like 2 leaps
True Shot should be cast on the move

I posted something like this in the reaper builds page. Death/Blood in general is wildly strong together and goes well with any third line. Woohoo for buffs on both too!

You absolutely must run Knights/wells. Makes the most out of all the flat healing coming in and maxes out how many siphons you can get off of vampiric. Not to mention knights goes so well with deadly strength.

the problem with wells that if we run vampire rituals we aint getting unholy Martyr

the problem with running another line for 3rd is that we loose vital persistence which imo is a strong trait in maintaining shroud

when we get reaper its gonna be a tough choice to take out death-magic or blood-magic

Honestly if you’re running this build in knights you should really be going d/wh axe/focus because its a power spec, so I’ve never really had any problems with life force. I guess its up to whether you’re going to be getting enough use out of unholy martyr to justify camping DS so heavily, because you have to recall camping DS cuts your attack rate heavily and lowers the effectiveness of all your on-hit leech traits. When bunkering home solo probs not. If you’re going to go for bunkering mid, I could see it.

the reason with unholy+ transfer +shrouded removal from minion is that if i use flesh golem, in a 1v1 suituation it could be very powerful
but yes ur right i guess i made it a bit too gimmicky and it might be better to keep it simple and run with vampire rituals instead roll with a more balanced DS to normal form ratio

now if only consume conditions isn’t crap after next update then this build would perfect
