Of all the changes, this one made me happiest. Maybe others had heard it, but I don’t remember seeing it until now.
EDIT – Fun side-effect: we now have an active counter to a D/P Thief’s BP + HS combo. Plague Signet is instant-cast, and going into DS and Dooming is instant as well. With a quick reaction, we can drop the blind and fear the Heartseekering Thief before he/she enters stealth.
EDIT 2 – I’m dumb. I could have been doing this the whole time anyway, but Plague Signet just would have “missed” instead of transferring. Still a good change, though.
