Tips for leveling?
Minions + all offensive gear + dagger/warhorn combo = yes (for levelling).
For equipment at level 80 you want to check metabattle

Minions and maybe Well of Suffering while leveling. The well hits like a truck.
Or if you want fast lvling you could head into Edge of The Mist wvw map. Just use all the exp boosters. Just follow the commander tag if available. Every wvw lvl gets you proof of heroic in which can use it to get hero points.
