Guild Wars 2

I am assuming this skill is talking about Life Siphon? I am trying to test out my team heals with this trait, but nothing is happening. I looked in the bug post and did not see anything about it. Can someone help me with this please?

It’s for Life Transfer your #4 Death Shroud skill.

I was actually a bit dissapointed when i found out it wasn’t for Life Siphon, was hoping it would make that skill splash heal people around me.

Doesn`t it? When I tested it, my ally was healed by a bit every time someone was killed nearby and I got life force for that.
