Anyone else notice that bip and epidemic have 0.5 second cast times when underwater? Half-a-second is so much easer to use than the 0.75 and 1.0 second cast times for the same skills on land. Are there any other skills with shorter casting times when underwater? Is this a bug?

All minions have shorter CT underwater.

Why fix the Necromancer for free when we can charge $$$ for the Revenant

Consume conditions has reduced cast time as well. However, if they go about fixing this, then a fix for the cast time of land skills (necrotic grasp etc) is in order too.

I believe this was intentional and part of when they rebalanced underwater combat because it was considered boring.
All other professions should have similarly reduced casting times.

Attrition – A pretty name for taking longer than anyone else to kill something.

I just think those casting time should be the same on ground instead.
