I run a Wells/Marks build using Staff/Scepter-Warhorn. On land I can regularly take on 6-7 risen mobs in Cursed Shore with no issues. Underwater is a different story. If I get more than maybe 2 mobs, I get slaughtered.

I think a big part of the problem is condition removal. It seems like all our condition removal/transfer skills are not usable underwater. Anyone else notice this? If so, what adjustments have you made to deal with it?
