Underwater skills
Arenanet has not put much effort into underwater content development. I have been hoping for more, like a colorful reef map attached to Southsun, but water tunnels in HoT are the only new things and they are rather bland.
Tried to google about necromancer underwater skills but only found a thread about the poor selection of elite skills.
This have been bugging me for quite awhile.
What I wonder is if reaper shroud can have the same skills both on land and underwater, why cant the normal shroud?Since you lose the transfusion skill 4 when going under water as base necro for ages.
All reaper shroud skills work underwater
To be fair, I drastically prefer underwater Shroud to land Shroud. Especially Plague Blast over Life Blast.

Yes if you read my post again you will see Im not complaning about reaper shroud skills not working.
But that normal shroud skills get switched out for diffrent ones when reapers dont.
