The axe skills do ? Because if it applies to axe only then it’s meh, but if it refers to the necromancer in general, then this is an amazing trait.

If it applies only to axe then it is a straight nerf to axe training. Why even make the change, axe is already awful?

If it doesn’t specifically say axe then it doesn’t only apply to axe skills, according to that wording (though ANet could have misrepresented its actual functions) it is a flat 10% damage boost to vulnerable enemies no matter what while that trait is equipped.

It applies to all damage. This is one of the suggestions I worked with them on, and it was done this way to give Necromancers an additional 10% damage modifier that they desperately needed for organized (and solo) play.
