Hey guys, playing Necromancer since long now, I recorded some footage of my ~recent plays with my hybrid spec.

It took me a lot of time to find and setup a new video rendering tool, also I’ll have more vids coming soon.
Because I’m still thinking about a name at least as awesome than the one of my previous zerker build, I’m not giving it just now.

Mind posting the build? I’m quite surprised that you don’t have a single cd reduction trait.

First and for most, thanks to both of you for your outstandind work/presence on the forum.
Also, mind you (flow) I do have CD reduction on spectrals

I would guess Strength runes since you carry blood is power for more might stacking

4 in curses since you get fury on DS with spectral attunement? not too sure

4 in soul reaping since you get the auto spectral armor with soul marks/spectral mastery

Probably carrion armor with zerker trinkets

I have run similar builds I think the weakness is damage – super bunkers will out last you as well as condition management – It is easy to overload you when you only have your heal and staff #4 to deal with condis – is still a fun build

He doesn’t use Soul Marks, also his life force pool isn’t big enough for 4 in SR. So my guess would be 6/5///3.

Ah right, made a calculating error. Your lf pool is 72% of your normal hp pool, which means 20% more than 60%… duh.
Master trait is Near to Death :P

That’s really hard to get a correct guess with all the buff going on from WvW. Bloodlust, guard fortitude, and co.
Anyway that was a cleaver try. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting you’d go that far in the estimation flow (even if I know you like maths :b).

Btw, gz for the last trait. Even if it wasn’t the hardest to find, it’s in fact Near to Death

I don’t know the very specifics, but I’d maybe change couple small things;

-Judging from your playstyle, Spectral Armor instead of Walk would be probably the better option,

-You seem to focus a little bit too much on Staff weaponset,

-If you’re going hybrid and taking Reaper’s Might, I would take D
huumfire also,

-From my experience, Near to Death works the best with high risk/contact focused Power Necro. In this case, Soul Marks or Spectrals CDR would be better choice imo,

-I see you use BiP. As much as I adore this cool skill and have sentiment from GW1… I can’t see those 10 might doing enough to be worth taking,

Besides, nice video! Always cool to see Axe in action and someone not necessarily blowing all cooldowns and fear chain to kill some PvE buddy in record time.
