Guild Wars 2

I was just wondering if Vampiric Rituals heal just me are everyone around me. It says “Wells also siphon health every time they pulse”. So on the pulse does it heal just me or everyone around me or is it just my party? If I am not in a party how many people around me does it help with heals?
Sorry if this is stupid but I was just curious.

Pretty sure it’s just you. I used it for a while and never noticed it healing anyone else.

just you, you can see the numbers on others when you heal them and this trait never does that
