remember this is Condi reaper; which is not bad but i think gimps it a little. I dunno I think thats just me and my preference for power based playstyles =P
On a side note; poor Rev’s could use some condi management.

A couple said it already, but i don’t think so. The elite spec scales very well for both side, power or condi. But i get what you mean. I can’t stand to power builds in any class, i only play it when its absolutely necessary.
Hell no, don’t buff Revenants even more. lol
