new elite spec was described to be a condi based one as well as a support one, and given the latest nerfs to condi food viper stat is more important than ever,
The food that got nerfed was power, having said that condi is supposed to be nerfed too.
But thats not the point, the point here is that after years of the Reaper playing the way it does its all being thrown away just to sell the new elite spec.
Of course its no useless and I can use it with the scourge but it no longer works with Reaper, and thats the reason I went for that stats.

Won’t be surprised to see Black Diamonds peak again.
rip crangers though, they can’t even reach 100%duration with full vipers.
