An unblockable daze is priceless, but if you want to buff the cone angle or add conditions to that, I’ll take it

I don’t want it to have all of that, that’s just crazy talk :P. maybe it was misleading what I said.
If the unblockable was removed from it and added those conditions, just to fit the title/description of “Wail of Doom.”

Its fine as is. It is AoE, although they need to be fairly clumped up to hit many, and it is an unblockable 2s daze.
No need to completely change it. The only thing I would do is slightly increase the cone angle.

I wish it was instant cast. You have to be very fast in order to actually react to someone casting an ability and then successfully stop them with horn daze. Since it has a long cooldown, I think it should be instant, then it could be a true interrupt. Make it single target for all I care.
I usually take horn due to how amazing Locust swarm is for Lifeforce and damage, the daze is just kind of there.

i kinda agree with u there. Warhorn is usually for the locust swarm and maybe the daze to buy urself a couple seconds or 3 if traited
The daze is one of the best 1v1 tools we have, because it will completely negate someone’s block (including guardian shelter). It also has an equal or shorter CD than all the block skills that it will negate, and the 2s of daze makes it really easy to chain more CC right after.
This skill isn’t weak, it just needs tiny buffs (mainly to cone angle/tracking) to make it more reliable.

Sorry that I drop in, but I have to say the daze application can bugg sometimes.. I often experience this in fractals dredge where I want to daze a beautiful straight line of moles, I see the ‘sonic wave’ get to them + they’re almost stacked on eachother but still only 1 mole gets dazed :/

I would also reduce the CD on it a little bit. Not too much because then it would be OP when traited, but just enough to be more effective.
