I would like a little more range on MH dagger but I think 2 and 3 are fine the way they are since necro is a caster class and these are magical abilities
I have been trying to make a “Vampiremancer” (as I like to call it, because putting mancer at the end of stuff is fun) for some time. I am happy they finally fixed some of the bugs surrounding it, but they still have some ways to go. I love the DD combo so much, though I get downed often in WvW because I get too close to… anyone else… Maybe a little more range? But then again, they don’t want the necro to be viable in pvp at all… Still really squishy, and the toughness line is still useless. Can’t wait for next weeks patch!
Dagger either needs to cleave or it needs 300 MH range so you can damage with it while out of strict melee range like an elementalist can. Having neither makes it of very limited usefulness.

Yes please, while dagger does not need the 600 range that axes has, it does deserve a little more than it currently has.
IIRC necro dagger is the only melee weapon set that doesn’t cleave OR have added range. It is really the worst of the worst. In PVE it is awful for that reason for everything but killing one individual mob at a time.
Yes dagger is stupid sometimes. Last night I was trying to finish a ranger and I guess when i placed a mark I also clicked on their pet at the same time, so there I was hitting 1 and missing over and over even though I was right in front of him I was like wtf.
So I figured out after a few secs I had his pet as target and actually had to target the ranger to be able to hit him.
