Well of blood and staff 1 projectile finisher
From the wiki:
“Projectile finishers with a light field do not cleans conditions from the character launching the projectile. Only those in the path of the projectile after it enters the light field are cleansed. " Test it if you’re not sure.
That said, I have always used well of blood because of its larger total heal (unless you are stacked with 6+ conditions), protection from death magic trait, reduced cd, and lifesteal (for when in massive add parts of dungeons).
A 5k-ish heal over time is useful for squishy allies as well.

staff #1 attacks every 3/4s with 20% combo chance. 5 × 3/4s = 15/4 ~ 16/4 = 4s. With autoatack u clean a condition every 4s, meaning u get to clean 1-2 conditions per well on and every ally using similar projectiles.
Well of blood is greatly meant for team fights. That aside, i think for it to be effective, u need the CD reduction trait. Its nice cz that trait line also gives healing power
In my experience it doesn’t cleanse conditions and I now I know why as explained a few posts above.

ok right that ruins that plan a bit then :-( I was running a healing / apothecary build with cd reduction traits for wells and wells ground target using well of blood and power. im not a complete fan of that particular mechanic :-( but I guess we cant have everything.
I guess i could cast my staff 1 then use swiftness and run infront of the projectile and get the benefits? ;-)
